    Report editor allows you to customize existing reports or create new ones.

    You can adjust parameters of a report and then sync with a mobile phone. On a mobile phone you will be able to use the same reports as on a personal computer.

    To open the report editor, click the "Setup" button in the Report dialog.

    To see how parameters affect a report, you can copy an existing report by clicking the "Duplicate" button. After that, you can safely change any parameters of the new report. If the new report is no longer needed, it can always be removed.

    To see which operations are included in a single row of a report, you should select this row and click the "Details" button.

    You will see a list of operations that are included in the current row of the report. In this list you can view individual operations and edit them.

    Now you can generate various reports based on processed operations.

    Predefined reports include: common accounting of incomes and expenses, separate reports on incomes and expenses, balance of account. Amounts in the reports can be grouped by month or by category.

    Open a list of operations. Long press the table to open the context menu.

    Tap "Report".

    The category of operation for the report is determined according to the hierarchy of categories. By default, it is a top-level category. You can change this behavior for any category with options "In reports" and "In linked ops".

    A category field is a mandatory field. To speed up input of new operations, the list of categories can be opened automatically. To do this, go to the "Settings" and enable the "Auto open categories" option.

    If the price of goods is constant, you can write it in the "Price" field of the corresponding category. And if the "Auto open categories" option is enabled, a value from this field will be copied to the new operation or payment.

    If you synchronize data between several devices, the versions of Wi-Money Manager should be the same on all devices. If you want to upgrade to version 1.0, you should upgrade program on all devices, which must be in sync.

Wi-Money Manager is a program for accounting of personal finances, drawing up shopping lists, with ability to synchronize multiple devices and with ample opportunities for personalizing the interface. You can install the Wi-Money Manager on a personal computer or on a mobile device, such as a phone, and synchronize them together. The program is written in the Java language, so it can run on any computer with an operating system that supports Java, including Windows, Linux and Mac OS X. To run on a mobile device, Java ME platform support is needed (ex. Nokia Asha, Nokia Series 40).

Wi-Money Manager supports an unlimited number of accounts in different currencies. You can perform income and expenses, transfers between accounts and currency conversions.

Categories of operations are fully configurable by the user and can be combined in a hierarchy for easier reporting and filtering of operations.

Shopping lists are useful in trips to a store. With them you don't forget to buy anything. You can make a list on a big screen of a home computer and go to the store with a small phone, which will have exactly the same list after synchronization. In addition, shopping lists can be used for planning of expenses with convenient filtering by categories and time. Besides the usual records of planned purchases, periodic payments are supported with an arbitrary start and end dates of the payment and its periodicity.

For the convenience of displaying information, especially long lists, you can use sorting and filtering. Filters allow you to limit the list of simultaneously visible records. A filter can include any combination of fields, such as dates, categories, amounts, etc.

Wi-Money Manager allows a variety of reports.

If the standard set of fields is not enough, you can add your own fields to any table in the program. You can add fields with numbers, text, dates. You can even make own lists, optionally grouping items into a hierarchy. And these fields can be used in filters and sorting.

The synchronization between devices with installed Wi-Money Manager program is performed through a special server on the Internet. You can install the Wi-Money Manager program on any number of computers and mobile devices and synchronize them with each other. Wi-Money Manager does not require a permanent connection to the network. You can use the program, enter new transactions and edit existing ones completely offline. Only the synchronization process requires connection to the network.

To ensure the security of your information, you can use a password to encrypt the data. Synchronization data is encrypted on your device and cannot be decrypted even on the synchronization server. Only you will be able to gain access to your financial information. In addition, all communication with the server is encrypted to prevent accidental or malicious data corruption, even if you do not want to use a password for encryption.
